Returns

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this 30-day period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene-related products, items must be clean and unused before initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for underwear, lingerie, or any sealed hygiene products once opened.

Damaged Items & Misuse

We are only responsible for manufacturing defects. We do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number, reason for return, photos of the item (if damaged or defective), and your contact details.

Refunds

Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, check your bank or card account, contact your payment provider, and if the issue continues, email us at Support@sophiaclaire-london.co.uk

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees start from $25. Returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in Asia, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a free replacement. If the issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed due to our automated fulfillment system.
